Spartan Fitness’ Eryk Anders Kicks In The Door To The UFC With Brutal KO
Coming off a championship winning performance almost a month ago under the Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA), Eryk Anders kicked in the door winning his UFC debut, knocking out longtime veteran Rafael Natal 2:54 into the first round of their Middleweight bout at UFC on FOX 25 in New York.
From the beginning, Anders came out controlling the cage, walking down Natal and setting his own pace. Natal threw some strikes, but Eryk ate them, while countering, then finding a sweet spot for his left hand and a high knee to the dome. A rattled Natal held on as long as he could, only to get clipped with two consecutive clean left hands that put him out on the canvas. Anders followed it up with one more left on his fallen opponent to set his record at an impressive seven wins and no losses.
Highlights of the fight can be found HERE. With that impressive win, Eryk opens up a lot of doors, not only for himself, but for Spartan Fitness as a gym! Anders is already back training and will be ready and waiting for the next call.
