NEXT SATURDAY, November 17th is the FIRST EVER IKF kickboxing tournament in the state of Alabama! We are teaming up with IKF to host the tournament at OUR gym and we want you to be a part of it! Click HERE for more information and IF YOU ARE COMPETING, you can also register in advance through the website!
